Booking and cancellation rules

Each session is 45 minutes and starts on the hour, between 09:00 and 16:00 local time. You need to verify your email with a magic link before booking.

If a candidate cancels more than 2 hours ahead, the slot opens again; within 2 hours it closes. An interviewer can withdraw a slot and cancel its booking at any time. Both people are emailed.

Interviewers cannot book their own slots as a candidate.

This is a volunteer service. Attendance and outcomes are not guaranteed. Please respect each other's time.

Data and privacy

Only the interviewer's name, optional company and title, interview types and times are public. Names, emails and meeting details are shared between the two people only after a booking is confirmed.

Supabase stores the account email, verification and session data. This site stores roles, profiles, time slots, bookings, cancellation reasons and email logs. A browser cookie keeps you signed in. Résumés, interview content and recordings are not stored.

Cancelled records are kept (soft-deleted) for notifications and troubleshooting, with no automatic deletion date yet. To have yours deleted, leave a comment for the site owner.
